Seeing Ali strut his stuff in this documentary was incredible, learning about the foreman fight and seeing footage of it was exhilarating, but for some reason the filmmakers decided that what they really needed was tons of commentary from old white writers george plimpton and norman mailer, and it really subtracted from the themes and tenor of the rest of the story.

Both the sci-fi elements and the scientist characters are really fun and involving in this carl sagan book adaptation - but on the other hand the love interest is really annoying and the movie should’ve been 30 minutes shorter.

the gentlemen (2019)

While this Guy Ritchie movie doesn’t live up to its forebears (in my humble opinion) in terms of snappy dialogue and humor, it was certainly funny at times, and the twists were nice and exciting, and colin farrell’s character was a classic.
