The third book of the three body problem trilogy is such a ride, I could barely put it down - it is impossibly, infinitely ambitious, but through its scope, vision, poetry, and cunning, it lives up to way more of that ambition than one would think possible.

Both the sci-fi elements and the scientist characters are really fun and involving in this carl sagan book adaptation - but on the other hand the love interest is really annoying and the movie should’ve been 30 minutes shorter.

the gentlemen (2019)

While this Guy Ritchie movie doesn’t live up to its forebears (in my humble opinion) in terms of snappy dialogue and humor, it was certainly funny at times, and the twists were nice and exciting, and colin farrell’s character was a classic.
