Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

I had a lot of fun reading this scifi horror murder mystery; it was Muir's first, and there are certainly some rough edges, but if you like a strong irreverant female voice and heavy doses of goth scifi mashup, you'll love this book.
